Examples of a Sell Trade

As I previously stated the basic rules of the trading strategy are really not that difficult to understand however to the uninitiated traders they can become very confusing. To assist them understand the methodology better of how the Set-up-Retest trades progress I will run through two typical sell trades.

Images shows trading strategy waiting for the final component the Trigger

The image above shows the Set-up peak (1) and the Retest peak formed (2) with the CCI indicator line pointing to the downside. This makes three of the four components of the trading strategy in place. We are just waiting for price to break to the downside of the candle.

In the image above we see that trading is further down the line where the final Retest peak (3) as it has formed below the +70 line. If the first three component of the strategy are in place then again we wait until price breaks to the downside.

Again as soon as the candle breaks to the downside this is the final component in the strategy. In the image above we see price breaks to the downside. As soon as price breaks downside this is the Trigger to place a trade.

As the peak formed below the +70 line this is the end of the trading as far as sell Set-up-Retest peaks are concerned. The next sell Set-up-Retest will only occur when the CCI indicator line has again risen and crossed the +70 Level Lines.

The image shows price has broke to the downside. The trader should now pull the trigger
