​I understand that the claims I am making regarding the returns of this trading strategy are

very high... And this is usually a red flag for traders to be wary. However the trading

strategy results are genuine and can be proofed by yourself with just the spreadsheet data

and the MT4 platform.

 

However, I cannot guarantee that the Cevn Bounce trading strategy will continue to produce results comparable with these in any future trading scenario. So even though this strategy is available completely free you must still apply common sense and check the system is still continuing to produce high probability low risk trades before trading the strategy on a live account.

Due Dilligence

As I stated earlier, the Cevn Bounce trading system evolves around a the technical phenomena of retesting momentum which is critical to and forms the essential basis of the system, described in B-E below. Complete understanding of the system rules in A-E below, in the way described in this document will enable any user of this trading strategy to trade with high probability and low risk.

 

These technical indicator based Set-up/Retest patterns are based upon;

  • Analysis of the unique way the strategy uses the CCI oscillator screen.

  • Identifying when the CCI oscillator by means of high oscillator readings and price action combined to produce a 'Set-up'.

  • Identifying when the CCI oscillator by means of oscillator readings and price action combined to produce the 'Retest'

  • Identify when the CCI oscillator by means of oscillator readings produce the 'Signal'.

  • Finally, identifying through price action alone the 'Trigger' to entering the market.

  • Once this analysis is complete at one of the technical indicator based set-ups and the above factors B-E are met indicates that a high probability trading opportunity has arisen.

  • Consistency is the key to longevity in any market. Professional traders wait for the probability of a successful outcome to be substantially weighted in their favour indicated by the confluence of technical conditions that suggest a high probability trading opportunity.

  • The confluence of the four technical factors B-E give rise to high probability trading opportunities.

  • This trading system could be used on any time-frame' however, it should be noted that it becomes more difficult to produce attractive gains on smaller time-frames. Conversely, using the trading strategy on the higher time-frames produces much better gains.

  • This trading system can deliver gains in all forex markets but demands of the user, their active attention and engagement with the market not least in the identification of the prevailing price action and the memorising of the indicator based set-ups that enable high probability trading opportunities.

The Cevn Bounce Trading Strategy

I developed this trading strategy for more than 5 years, with at least 2 years back-testing and demo testing, followed by 2 years (now 3) forward testing on a live account.

 

My intention was to create a trading strategy that would be available free to everyone that genuinely produced great returns for low risk to the trader. And based on the returns generated to-date I believe I have completed this.

 

Unlike many Forex system that are given away free over the internet this is not an observational strategy. And while it does make use of an oscillator namely the CCI indicator it does so in a unique way. It does not trade the indicator nor does it employ Moving Averages, Crossovers, Oversold and Overbought areas or Divergence.

 

Behind the trading strategy there is a genuine logical methodology that is easily explainable to the newest of Forex traders. The strategy is based on a redesigning of the CCI indicator and a specific yet seemingly unused logical CCI chart pattern.

 

The logical approach behind this methodology is a technical phenomena which is critical to and forms the essential basis of the system. This methodology takes advantage of the basic nature of the markets themselves through short-term/mid term trends in the market and applies a simply yet surprising trading technique to earn superior returns.

 

I believe the strategy has so much success due to it's ability to react to market moves that are enabled by knowledgeable participants reacting to information impulses and trading currency markets accordingly.

 

The methodology behind the Cevn Bounce trading strategy is a rechecking of the CCI indicators measurement of slowing momentum. When the CCI indicator MA line begins to slow this suggests an exhaustion of price action in the current trend direction.

 

This slowing action forms peaks on the CCI indicator MA line, so by retesting these peaks at certain levels enables the trading strategy to show whether momentum has continued to decline and created a high probability low risk trading opportunity or whether price is accelerating suggesting the current trend is not yet subduing.

 

This action allowing the possibility of the strategy to locate these trades gives the CCI indicator the ability to become a leading/predictive indicator.
